If you experience an issue with our testing portal, please write your answers on paper and capture either a photo or screen recording of the problem with the portal or your computer. Send both your written answers and proof of the issue to us via email. We will review your case after the testing period, so please continue with the test. Note that you must submit both your written answers and proof of the error during the testing period. We will not review cases that do not meet these requirements.
